Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA)
is appointed by the
Mayor and City
Council.
They convene as necessary
on the second Wednesday
of every
month 6:00 PM, at City Hall,
as needed,
to listen to the appeals of citizens in
regards to zoning
ordinances and changes.
