7. MAYOR’S REPORT

After receiving the Environmental Study for the Township Building stating that no asbestos was found and upon receiving the EPA Permit the Township Building was torn down today, all except the front of the building. Henry and I met with a gentleman on September 10, 2007 to draw up the specs for a Design Build to give to the  different contractors so that they are all on the same page as to what we really want. The City would like to do something in the near future with the lot next door, even if it is to put some gravel down.  I was informed that the elections will be moved back to City Hall in February and we will need more  parking.
