SPECIAL MEETING

PLAN COMMISSION

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 22, 2011

6:45 P.M.

WEST PEORIA CITY HALL

WEST PEORIA, IL.

 

 

1.   CALL TO ORDER – Chair Carson called the meeting to order at 6:45 PM.

 

2.   ROLL CALL – Members present were: Chair Carson, Mike Swearingen, Pat Sharp

      And Amy Furgiuele. Lynn Dempsey, Jason Barth and Beth Gilbert were not in

      attendance. Also present: Economic Development Coordinator Gene Pratt.

 

3.   APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING – 11/15/2011 – It was

      moved by Mike Swearingen and seconded by Pat Sharp to approve the minutes.

 

4.   OTHER BUSINESS – None.

 

5.   PUBLIC COMMENT – None.

 

6.   DETERMINATION OF FUTURE AGENDA – No determination.

 

7.   ADJOURNMENT – 6:50 PM.
