PLAN COMMISSION

WEST PEORIA CITY HALL

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 2, 2010, 5:00 PM

 

 1.   CALL TO ORDER – Chair Nancy Carson opened the meeting at 4:53 PM. 

 

 2.   ROLL CALL – Chair Carson, Mike Swearingen, Beth Gilbert and Pat Sharp were present.

       Jason Barth, Amy Furgiuele and Lynn Dempsey were not in attendance. Also present was

       Planning and Development Coordinator Gene Pratt.

 

 3.   APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM THE LAST MEETING – 5/25/2010 – A motion was

       made by Mike Swearingen and seconded by Beth Gilbert to approve the minutes.

 

 4.   OTHER BUSINESS – None.

 

 5.   PUBLIC COMMENT – None.

 

 6.   DETERMINATION OF FUTURE AGENDA – The next meeting will be June 15, 2010.

 

 7.   ADJOURNMENT – 5:55 PM
