The City of West Peoria's part-time Code Enforcement

and Zoning Officer is Bill O'Neill.

The role of the Code Enforcement Zoning Officer

is to work with the members of the 

community to keep West Peoria clean and safe.

The City encourages communication and cooperation 

with residents to help eliminate any problems or

concerns. The Zoning Office's goal is to ensure

that all new buildings and structures in West Peoria

meet the proper city requirements and regulations.

 

 

The Code Enforcement Officer gives a monthly report

to the Public Safety Committee at 5:30 PM

& the Land Use Committee at 6:30 PM

on the 3rd Wednesday of each month

 

 

According to City Code, all West Peoria residents

must establish a contract with Waste Management

for garbage removal.

You will be billed for this service
