City Administrator, John Carlson
The duties and
responsibilities of the City Administrator include acting as
Assistant to the Mayor, Budget Officer, Chief Administrative Officer
of the City, and overseer of the Planning Commission and the Zoning
Board of Appeals. All personnel-related issues at City Hall are
managed by the City Administrator, as well as all directives,
policies, practices and procedures established by the City Council.
