3) It Is A Violation Of West Peoria City Code To Blow Grass Clippings Or Leaves Into The Street
4) You Are Responsible For Maintaining Your Property From The Middle Of The Street To The Middle Of The Alley. Please Keep These Areas Free Of Weeds & Trash
